You, as the buyer, are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is covered by our warranty for manufacturing defects or due to our error.

Damaged Items or Poor Quality If the product is defective or doesn’t function properly, please let us know. For the fastest resolution, email us at support@smartchoice247.com and include a photo showing the defective or damaged area of the item. Ideally, the photos should be taken on a flat surface with the tags and problem areas clearly visible. Once we confirm the issue, we’ll send a replacement without needing the defective item returned. Cancelling Shipped Orders If your order has already been shipped, please contact us and refuse the package upon delivery. We’ll issue a refund after deducting the shipping costs once the package begins its return journey.
