Shiatsu Neck Shoulder Back Massager

Okay I have neck and shoulder pain that takes a lot to get through today sometimes. Now I understand why there's over 50,000 for starting above comments! Exactly as advertised. I like the heat settings I like the fact I can move it around. At first I kind of wondered why there weren't any faster speed settings but after using it for a while I like the slow steady even massage it gives. Even my wife likes it that's saying something considering I buy everything off Amazon haha. Highly recommend if you have neck back lower back even leg pain and you need some heat massage. It is not a TENS unit so it does not use an electrical pulse like other devices. I have those but the combination of heat and the motion that I can control by applying more or less pressure works wonderfully for me.

This just arrived today and I'm already in love. Wasn't sure what to expect, but it really is the best of both worlds - everything I hoped for at a great price! I have pretty bad posture/aches and pains, and I could already feel this thing working out my knots and relieving stress. I love that it's flexible and wrap-able: you can use the arm straps to move it gradually for a full back massage (or abdomen etc, as advertised). The heat really makes it perfect, and the automatic 15-minute timer is just right (will probably help me to make this a daily relaxing ritual). It even comes with a removable (and by the looks of it, washable) cloth that you can use to protect the nodes/keep that part clean.You can use it straight out of the box - no need to charge. It stays plugged in while it runs, which is fine given that it's best to sit/stay in one spot while you use it. The cord is also a decent length, so you're not restricted/pulled down by it at all.Can't say enough good things - I'm thrilled with this purchase. Thank you!!

This thing suddenly popped out and hurt my neck.The massage was good. That's why I used it everyday before work and after work.The durability of only last thing 7 months was just unacceptable for me.Bought massagers from companies like Renpho and others. This is the first one that broke this fast. I cannot trust this company's quality especially in terms of durability.Update: Customer service has reached out to me directly and offered me a money back, or to get a replacement. I was worried with the same product so I wanted a money back or a different newer model. They offered me 2 different products that seems to be newer than this one. Just received the new product that they have promised to send me.Still haven't used it, but I am happy that they have kept their promise. Plus 3 stars since now I can trust the company's customer service. They take responsibility and actions for their own product they sell for the customers, so I can say it is safe to purchase from them because if something happens, they are there to solve it for you. A bit worried still, but I am hoping it's much better this time.

If you’ve been shopping for a versatile massager, stop looking because this is THE ONE! As a disabled individual with “coat hanger” pain and back issues, this has been a game changer for me in relieving said pain.Pros:- HEATED rotating nodules in 3 different speeds- can hold it in place with the arm hole feature and still use my iPad- car charger for on-the-road relief !Cons:- the massaging nodes are rather large and stick out a good bit, so it can take some getting used to- the cord isn’t very long (I ran an extension cord from the wall to where I want to sit with it)

First review: I received a used product.Updated review: the seller reached out and apologized and refunded my money! First, I thought they were going to ask something shifty like I had to remove my review but no, nothing so I returned the used item and replaced it.I bought this with the intention of using it to alleviate muscle pain associated with migraines. I don’t know how other people’s migraines work but mine leave me with ridiculously aching muscles for a day or two after my migraine has passed. It’s almost debilitating. This massager is amazing!!! You can lean on it and it will dig into your muscles in a way that will make you want to cry (in a good way!) So far it never complains, gets tired, or demands money like a human would. This is a great product. Even if it breaks, I’ll buy it again!
